After you submit your order, I will design your quilt label(s) and send you a picture so you can approve the design.  Upon your approval, I will stitch out your labels and send you a picture and an invoice.  When I receive your payment,  I will send you labels to you as soon as possible.

The form below allows you to order up to 3 quilt labels.  If you would like to order more than 3, please submit an additional form.  (Or…if it’s easier, you can just drop me an email! – kayla@patchworkriver.com)

Labels are priced based on their size and the information they include.  Basic labels must fit within approximately 10″ x 6″.  Minimum price is $12, and they may include the following information:

Maker(s) (e.g., “Made by Kayla Petty” or “Pieced by Jane Smith, Quilted by Kayla Petty) – $4

Recipient (e.g., “Made for Jim Smith”) – $4

Date (e.g., “November, 2022”) – $4

Location (e.g., “Priest River, Idaho”) – $4

Title/Pattern Name (e.g., “Meadowland Quilt”) – $4

Saying or Verse (e.g., “Merry Christmas,” “Happy Birthday,” “Wishing you many years of happiness,” Bible verse, etc.) – $4

Up to 2 Images (e.g., a flower, snowflake, corner design, etc.) – $4

If you would like to include additional information and/or the text you’d like to include is larger than 10″ x 6″, then custom pricing will apply.  I will include pricing information when I send you a design for your approval.  You can then choose whether or not to proceed.

Below are pictures of a few labels I have made for myself.  I have several fonts available.  During the design process, I will try multiple fonts, and I am always open to hear how you want your label to look (e.g., formal, fun, script, for kids, etc.).
